- July 2022, July 2023, and July 2024: Leadership Development Program for United Contractors: Designed and executed an EQ Master Class as part of the Project Manager Career Advancement(PMCA) program.This change management initiative enhanced leaders' emotional intelligence skills, promoting adaptability and resilience during organizational changes.The training deck can be viewed here.The workshop consistently receives positive feedback, with an average satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5. It has been one of the highest-ranked sessions in the 13-week program for three consecutive years.
- Feb. 2022: Cultural Transformation at Credit Union Business Group (CUBG): Led a Values Clarification Initiative, integrating core values into performance reviews and recognition programs. This change management effort aligned organizational culture with strategic goals, resulting in a Values Blueprint. The CUBG Case Study details the project and includes the Values Blueprint, now featured on the company's website and used in their performance review process.

- Aug. 2020: Employee Engagement Program at VirPack: Implemented a Peer-to-Peer Employee Recognition Program, driving significant improvements in engagement, value demonstration, and company culture. This initiative showcased effective change management through bottom-up cultural shift.
- Nov. 2018- Jan 2019: Implementation Overhaul at VirPack: Analyzed time from purchase to actual use of software and realized that customers needed to apply change management methodology in order to drive user adoption of the software. Designed and launched an “Introduction to Change Management” educational webinar and a “Change Management Toolkit” designed to help customers implement software more quickly.
